YMCA & USA Swimming:
Here is a quick explanation of the different types of meets that are available to your swimmers. The Massillon YMCA Gators is both a YMCA and USA Swimming program.
Dual Meets: Every swimmer is strongly encouraged to participate in our dual meets, as well as the Championships. Swimmers need to attend at least two dual meets to swim at champs.
USA Swimming: This is an additional membership fee and gives swimmers the chance to swim against other Lake Erie Swimming teams. Meets are throughout NEO and also have separate meet entry fees. (Think “travel baseball”)
